【Gamematch3's Review】

For a classic game that combines match 3 with house makeover, it doesn’t really stand out in terms of gameplay. After all, similar gameplay and modes are not uncommon in its genre. But I indeed have a good time with this game.

First of all, the storyline of My Story - Mansion Makeover follows a familiar pattern. A young lady accidentally inherits a mansion, but as it has fallen into disrepair and decay, various resources are needed to renovate the house and decorate the interior and exterior. And the resources earned from each level of match 3.

Then, the operation of the game is very simple and easy to play. Unlike regular match-3 games, adjacent blocks of same color can be cleared and are not strictly in the same direction. Which reduces the difficulty of the game somewhat and especially friendly to beginners.

Last but not least, the various powerful boosters used in the levels make the challenge more enjoyable and fun. All kinds of special effects (especially when the conditions are met and large areas are cleared) also bring me a visual enjoyment.
