There are several game modes in Free Fall, and each one presents unique obstacles to you: TARGET SCORE: You have a set number of switches before you run out of moves in this game style. You will fail the level if you exhaust all of your movements prior to earning the necessary score to receive at least one star. FROST/SNOW: The board is coated in snow or ice in this mode. You will fail the level if you have any remaining frost or snow when your movements are all used up. Tiaras and orbs, among other unique things, will occasionally emerge on the board in this game style at various locations throughout the level. You can see how many of each unique object you need to acquire on the board's side. You will fail the level if you do not gather all of the special things (bring them to the bottom of the board) before time runs out. By lining up more than three crystals of the same hue at once, charms are unique crystals that are made. Charms can be used by aligning them into another match or, for stronger effects, switching them with another charm. Oftentimes, special tiles show up in phases to obstruct progress. Usually, the stage's goal is to clear them.Charms, with the exception of Blank, Ghost, and Cauldron tiles, dormant Holiday Lights, and any tile in their area of influence, will delete or trigger (at least one step of) upon activation.
